html.market is a shop operated by upcoming.studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit html.market, use our services, or make a purchase (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order details, and anything you send to info@html.market.

• Information from checkout: payments are processed by Shopify. We do not store full card numbers. Shopify and its payment partners collect payment data to complete your order.

• Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, cart activity, and a cart cookie we set so your bag can persist.

We do not operate customer accounts on html.market.

How we use it

To fulfil orders and arrange shipping; to communicate about orders and support; to operate, secure, and improve the site; to detect fraud or abuse; and to comply with law. We may send service messages about your order. We will not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Vendors who help us run the shop, including Shopify (storefront, cart, checkout, hosting of checkout), payment processors, and shipping/fulfilment partners. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools for the cart and basic site operation. You can block cookies in your browser; some features (including the cart) may not work.

International transfers

upcoming.studio is in Japan. Shopify and other providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

The Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

html.marketは upcoming.studio（以下「当社」）が運営するショップです。本ポリシーは、html.marketの閲覧、サービスの利用、商品の購入（以下「本サービス」）に際して当社が個人情報をどのように取得・利用・提供するかを定めるものです。

本サービスを利用することにより、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は本サービスを利用しないでください。

取得する情報

• お客様からご提供いただく情報：氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、請求先・配送先住所、注文内容、info@html.market へのお問い合わせ内容

• 決済に関する情報：決済は Shopify が処理します。当社はクレジットカード番号の全文を保管しません。Shopify および決済パートナーが注文完了のために決済データを取得します。

• 自動的に取得する情報：端末・ブラウザ情報、IPアドレス、閲覧ページ、カート操作、カートを維持するための Cookie

html.market 上で会員アカウントは運営していません。

利用目的

注文の履行および配送、注文・サポートに関する連絡、サイトの運営・安全確保・改善、不正利用の防止、法令遵守。注文に関する事務連絡は送信します。マーケティングメールは、ご希望がある場合に限り送信し、配信停止が可能です。

第三者提供

ショップ運営を補助する事業者（Shopify（ストアフロント、カート、チェックアウト）、決済事業者、配送・フルフィルメント事業者等）。法令に基づく場合、権利または利用者の保護のため、または事業承継に伴う場合にも提供することがあります。個人情報の売却は行いません。

Cookie

カートおよびサイト運営のために Cookie 等を使用します。ブラウザで Cookie を拒否できますが、カート等の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
