html.market is operated by upcoming.studio. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The shop

html.market is a pop-up shop. Products, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse an order. We try to show products accurately; colours may vary by screen. Checkout is provided by Shopify. You complete payment and shipping details on Shopify-hosted checkout.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse orders (including suspected reseller or fraudulent orders). You must provide accurate checkout information. Prices are as shown at checkout; shipping and coupons are calculated at checkout.

Use of the site

You must be of the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, interfere with the service, or copy or exploit the site without our permission.

html.market は upcoming.studio が運営します。本サイトの閲覧または購入により、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は利用しないでください。

ショップについて

html.market はポップアップ形式のショップです。商品、価格、在庫は予告なく変更されることがあります。数量制限または注文の拒否を行う場合があります。商品の表示には万全を期しますが、画面により色味が異なることがあります。決済は Shopify が提供するチェックアウトで行います。お支払い・配送情報は Shopify 上で入力します。

ご注文

注文は購入の申込みです。転売・不正が疑われる場合を含め、注文をキャンセルまたは拒否することがあります。チェックアウト情報は正確に入力してください。価格はチェックアウト時の表示によります。送料およびクーポンはチェックアウト時に計算されます。

サイトの利用

居住地における成年に達している必要があります。違法な目的での利用、サービスの妨害、許可なき複製・利用はできません。

コンテンツ

商品説明その他の情報は一般的な案内です。完全性・最新性を保証するものではありません。サイトまたは商品をいつでも変更・終了できます。

決済・配送には Shopify 等の第三者が関わり、各社の規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。Instagram 等のリンク先について当社は責任を負いません。
